The One Day Series in Australia bursts into life at the mighty MCG where a full house will enjoy the first match of the 5 match series. Cosmopolitan Melbourne is a vibrant hub of style, sport, culture and dining where you can wander the parks and leafy boulevards by day and then dance till dawn. Next up is sunny Brisbane where first class food and drink and some great visitor attractions including the Sunshine & Gold Coasts will show you a good time. Seductive Sydney hosts the 3rd One Day International and is a real highlight with its wonderful waterfront setting and wealth of attractions. Onwards to South Australia and picturesque Adelaide, an elegant city known for its colonial architecture, expansive parklands and famous vineyards that are found just beyond the city. Sun 14 January 1st ONE DAY INTERNATIONAL AUSTRALIA v ENGLAND, THE MCG Cricket Australia are hoping to see a massive crowd at the MCG so prepare for a truly unique cricketing atmosphere. The stadium is easily reached on foot or via the excellent tram network. |
Mon 15 January Melbourne
Melbourne boasts a rich mix of theatres, festivals, art, sport, music and fine food. Easy to explore on foot or by the free city tram, try to include a visit to Queen Victoria Market, the Eureka Skydeck, wander along Southbank and discover many fabulous bars and restaurants.
Tue 16 January Fly to Brisbane
Following breakfast it's time to say goodbye to Melbourne and fly North to sunny Brisbane. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel for a 4 night stay.
Wed 17 - Thu 18 January Brisbane
Brisbane is a vibrant city and easy to explore on foot. Take to the streets and enjoy Queen Street Mall, the Botanic Gardens and South Bank with its markets, landscaped gardens and swimming lagoon, before finding a bar overlooking the river for a cooling drink. Further afield you could visit the beaches of the Sunshine Coast which are easily reached by train.

Australia's famous harbour city has a seductive outdoor lifestyle and great natural beauty. The iconic Sydney Opera House is well worth a visit and if you have a head for heights attempt the Bridge Climb for stunning views and a great adrenalin rush! Take a ferry from Circular Quay and see the city from the water, explore hidden beaches on the Bondi to Coogee Beach Coastal Walk, or relax over a long lunch at one of Sydney's incredible restaurants. Away from the city there are a host of other experiences for you to discover including the glorious wine estates of the Hunter Valley and rugged beauty of the Blue Mountains.

After breakfast it's time to prepare for your flight to Adelaide. On arrival in South Australia you will be transferred to your hotel for a 3 night stay.
Thu 25 January Adelaide
This elegant city is known for its colonial architecture, expansive parklands and picturesque cricket ground on the banks of the Torrens River. Dine on dedicated 'eat streets', ride through the Botanic Park and swim with dolphins in Glenelg. Just beyond the city you'll find the fantastic Adelaide Hills famous for its vineyards and the world class wineries of the Barossa Valley.

Sun 28 January 5th ONE DAY INTERNATIONAL AUSTRALIA v ENGLAND, THE WACA We hope the match will be played at the New Perth Stadium which is a short walk from the hotel. If not, the game will be played at the WACA Stadium which has been staging Test Cricket since 1970. |

Perth is vibrant yet laid back and one of the most attractive cities in Australia. Located on the banks of the Swan River and surrounded by parks, gardens and many wonderful beaches, Perth boasts more sunshine hours than any other state capital.
Tue 30 January Perth / Dubai / London
Time to prepare for your journey home. as your time in Australia draws to a close. Check out as normal and leave your bags with the hotel until you are ready to make your way to the airport. Allow plenty of time to complete check in formalities and have a safe journey home.

GOLD Ticket prices have been included in our ODI package price but if you would prefer a different ticket category please tell us at the time of booking and we wuill adjust the tour price accordingly. In Perth we have chosen the top category PLATINUM ticket should the match take place at the WACA. If the Test is moved to the New Perth Stadium we will change to Gold seating.

When you have chosen the holiday you wish to book, please call our sales team on 01737 244398 to check availability.
To confirm your booking we need to collect a deposit payment equivalent to 50% of the total holiday price. When making holiday payments we encourage you to pay online by bank transfer or by debit card or personal cheque. We also accept credit card payments but they will incur a charge of 2% to cover bank charges.
The final balance payment is due by 01 Oct 2017. The person signing the booking form will be treated as doing so on behalf of, and with the consent of, all the persons for whom the booking is made and is responsible for ensuring due payment of all monies. Please ensure you return your signed booking form, together with a copy of the photograph page of all passports as soon as possible so we can arrange your Australian visa.
